We are currently looking for someone to fill the Plant Operator role for International Food Products Corporation at our Muncie plant. This person will be responsible for the completion of all shift operational tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

• Operate all plant equipment within established procedures
• Follow all plant safety procedures to protect employees and company assets.
• Follow all product quality assurance requirements as outlined in the QC manual to protect employees and company assets.
• Prioritizing for all aspects of production
• Fill in for absent or vacationing plant personnel when needed
• Receiving/unloading bulk cars and tank cars into inventory
• Production of batches
• CIP of all equipment, holding & batching tanks, and delivery trailers
• Complete all necessary production recordkeeping related to daily production
• Must be able to interact professionally with all internal/external contacts
• Contribute to the team environment by sharing ideas towards continuous improvement
• Assist with any and all sanitation requirements
• General outside yard maintenance
• Assist with any and all other duties that may be asked
• Facility specific CCP Training (Annually)
