We are currently looking for someone to fill the Production Operator role for International Ingredient Corporation at our Cleburne plant. This person will be responsible for operating and maintaining production bagging and warehouse equipment to ensure downtime is minimized and production goals and customer expectations are met efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow all plant safety requirements established to protect employees and company assets
• Follow product quality assurance requirements as outlined in the QC manual to protect employees and company assets.
• Follow all established plant housekeeping requirements keeping the production area clean and organized
• Operate all plant equipment within established procedures
• Complete all necessary production records and equipment checks in a timely manner
• Must be able to pack and stack bags at a rate of 150 lbs. per minute (3 bags)
• Communicate any quality, maintenance, or safety issues to management
• Contribute to the team environment by sharing ideas towards continuous improvement
• Assist with any and all other duties that may be assigned
• Will work with personnel from other departments when required
• Facility specific CCP Training (Annually)
• Animal Food Training Requirements
