We are currently looking for someone to fill the Plant Operator role for International Ingredient Corporation at our Oak Center plant. This person will be responsible for operating all plant equipment efficiently to meet production goals and customer expectations

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow all plant safety requirements established to protect employees and company assets
• Follow product quality assurance requirements as outlined in the QC manual to protect employees and company assets.
• Follow all established plant housekeeping requirements keeping the area clean and organized
• Operate all plant equipment within established procedures
• Complete all necessary production recordkeeping in a timely manner
• Communicate any quality, maintenance, or safety issues to management
• Contribute to the team environment by sharing ideas towards continuous improvement
• Assist with any and all other duties that may be assigned
• Facility specific CCP Training (Annually)
• Animal Food Training Requirements
