We are currently looking for someone to fill the Plant Operator role for International Ingredient Corporation at our Sibley, IA plant. This person will be responsible for operating all plant bagging/tote filling equipment and forklifts efficiently to meet production goals and customer expectations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow all plant safety requirements established to protect employees and company assets.
• Will be required to work efficiently in all areas of production including but not limited to receiving, shipping, batching, drying, bagging, stacking, and forklift operation.
• Operate plant equipment within established procedures.
• Follow product quality assurance requirements as outlined in the QC manual to protect employees and company assets.
• Complete all necessary production recordkeeping in a timely manner.
• Support all production equipment to ensure smooth operations & maintain clean tools.
• Follow all established plant housekeeping requirements.
• Communicate any Quality, Maintenance, or Safety issues.
• Contribute to the team environment by sharing ideas towards continuous improvement.
• Assist with any and all other duties that may be assigned

Work Schedule:

• Must be willing to work 1^st, 2^nd, and/or 3^rd shifts
• Must be willing to work a temporary assignment, alternative schedule or shift as requested by a supervisor.
• Non-exempt employees are required to work all scheduled weekend or overtime shifts when the need arises.
