We are currently looking for someone to fill the Production Operator role for International Ingredient Corporation at our Monroe, WI plant. This person will be responsible for operating all plant equipment related to loading and unloading all trucks efficiently to meet production goals and customer expectations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow all plant safety requirements established to protect employees and company assets
• Maintain grounds around plan with mowing and trimming
• Follow product quality assurance requirements as outlined in the QC manual to protect employees and company assets
• Follow all established plant housekeeping requirements keeping all areas of the plant clean and organized
• Operate plant equipment within established procedures
• Complete all necessary recordkeeping in a timely manner
• Communicate any Quality, Maintenance, or Safety Issues
• Must stay in dose communication with shift supervisor and other operators to ensure efficiency
• Contribute to the team environment by sharing Ideas towards continuous improvement
• Actively participate in audits and inspections
• Assist with any and all other duties that may be assigned

Work Schedule:

• Must be willing to work 1^st, 2^nd, and/or 3^rd shifts
• Must be willing to work a temporary assignment, alternative schedule or shift as requested by a supervisor
• Non-exempt employees are required to work all scheduled weekend or overtime shifts when the need arises
