We are currently looking for someone to fill the Shift Lead role for International Ingredient Corporation at our Monroe plant. This person will be responsible for directing and managing all employees to preform daily operations of the plant efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Communicate daily with production supervisory staff, other shift leads, maintenance, and management as necessary
• Coordinate production operations with other shifts and maintenance to ensure efficient operations
• Operate all plant equipment within established procedures
• Follow all plant safety requirements established to protect employees and company assets
• Follow product quality assurance requirements as outlined in the QC manual to protect employees and company assets
• Monitor all plant housekeeping requirements, production recordkeeping to ensure completion and accuracy
• Contribute to the team environment by sharing ideas towards continuous improvement
• Participate in annual performance appraisals for staff reporting to you
• Assist with any and all other duties that may be assigned
• Fill in for plant personnel when needed
• Facility specific CCP Training (Annually)
• Human/Animal Food Training Requirements
