Job Summary:
The Express Service Advisor is a vital member of our auto dealership team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients who bring their vehicles in for express service appointments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm express service appointments
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
• Provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicles
• Ensure all payments are processed accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders
• Proactively resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts and accessories
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality standards set forth by the dealership and manufacturer
• Continuously update knowledge of manufacturer products and services to better serve customers
• Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience required, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with automotive repair and service processes preferred
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repairs preferred
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
