Hello!

We are a local specialty grocery store that is hiring friendly and personable cashiers/ customer service clerks that love food. Duties include greeting customers, scanning items to be purchased, collecting payments from customers, maintaining a clean and organized work area, restocking shelves and products, and related tasks.

Prior experience as a cashier is strongly preferred, though not necessary. Candidate must be friendly, courteous, and helpful. Position requires basic math skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and trustworthiness. Position includes standing, stooping, and lifting products. Must be fluent in English. Spanish/Chinese/ or other language preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
