Director, School Operations (US West)
REPORTS TO: Head of School
STATUS: Exempt/Salaried
DIRECT REPORTS: Yes
SALARY: $90,000 - $95,000.00 (Commensurate with education and experience)
Purpose of Role
We are seeking a dynamic operations "guru" to work under the direction of , and in partnership with the Head of School; and in partnership with the school’s senior leadership team (SLT) the Director, School Operations (DSO) will be responsible for supporting the Head of School in coordination and management of all the day-to-day items related to learning, student, and school operations. This role is located in the West Coast part of our U.S. and Canada Region of schools in the Seattle Area.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience·
Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher in business administration, operations management, education; or equivalent education and experience in a related field.
5 years’ experience in school operations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and education technology.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and efficiently complete all tasks assigned.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to interact/communicate with all types of members of the community including teachers, administrators, parents, and students.
Self-starter, ability to set and meet goals, and a desire to excel.
Ability to problem solve.
