Production Supervisor – Do you have the following:
- 5 years of experience supervising and leading a production team on 3rd shift
- Experience with either continuous flow or batch processing
- Hands-on management experience with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle stress, calm under pressure, and adept with conflict resolution and solving problems
- Mature, positive, business and people minded, and proactive go-getter

Production Supervisor – Here’s the basics:
- Directly manage chemical manufacturing and packing operations with high speed, continuous flow production operations
- Drive growth and take ownership
- Efficient execution of production schedules
- Streamline manufacturing operations by identifying and eliminating delays, auditing workflow to manage productivity, and identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity
- Conduct performance reviews, promotions, disciplinary actions, and compensation adjustments for production and operation of employees
- Heavy background in process improvements and lean manufacturing principles
Hours: 9pm – 5:30am
