Job Description

• Perform basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs, measuring patient height and weight, and collecting specimens
• Assist healthcare professionals with examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing necessary information
• Handle medical billing and coding tasks accurately and efficiently
• Perform basic X-ray procedures (if certified)
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficient in taking accurate vital signs and documenting patient information
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Familiarity with medical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT)
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Must have a valid U.S. passport due to contract requirements.

Compensation| Min: $38,000 Max: $52,000

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
