Vice President of Business Development (VP) will support new business initiatives focused on the US Southern border. We design robust and customized preventive health & wellness programs to protect people and offer access to 24/7 Assistance Service. The VP will identify, qualify, and secure new contracts across a broad spectrum of Federal Agencies including but not limited to; HHS, DHS, DoD, and other targeted agencies. The VP will lead the capture of new business awards through developing teams and solutions responsive to the customer needs, leveraging superior intelligence on existing work, teaming with the right partners, and proposing innovative and compelling solutions to meet customer requirements.

Compensation:
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
