Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Experience:

• Substantial experience in lender and/or borrower-side financings.
• Expertise in senior secured credit facilities, split lien financings, unitranche financings, and acquisition financings.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and revising credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security agreements, and closing deliverables, including secretary's certificates, resolutions, legal opinions, schedules, and exhibits.
• Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is beneficial.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong academic background.
• Superior drafting and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to take significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction, and work product.
• Diligent, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented.
• Admitted to the New York bar.

• Salary Range: $310,000 - $435,000 annually.
