International Trading Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, particularly with QuickBooks. This role will primarily involve managing financial data entry tasks and supporting the accounting team with various administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

· Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into QuickBooks.

· Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.

· Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

· Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

· Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.

· Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in data entry, preferably in an accounting or finance-related role.

· Proficiency in QuickBooks software is required.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

· Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
