Travel Leaders Group is looking for a talented and motivated DIGITAL DESIGNER. This is a pivotal member of the creative team, and the successful candidate will create compelling digital assets with a focus on user experience for websites, interactive experiences, emails and more. Additionally, he/she has confidence in a 360° creative process and a strong record creating impactful digital deliverables that inspire action.
The selected candidate will support our company’s marketing efforts across multiple channels and will be a primary resource for web and other digital job requests. Responsibilities include:• Digital Design: Create visually compelling digital assets including website layouts, landing pages, emails, interactive experiences (quizzes, slideshows, etc.) and videos.• User Experience: Work with Creative and IT teams to improve or create user-friendly interfaces for different websites that drive engagement and increase conversion.• Email Design: Optimize and maintain email templates to be responsive and follow best practices for accessibility.• Creative Conceptualization: Generate innovative design concepts and ideas that push the boundaries of traditional design while also meeting project requirements and client expectations.• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of designs before delivery to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements.• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to brainstorm new ideas and ensure designs are aligned with client request and project timeline.
Required skills:• BA in Graphic Design, Web Design, similar degree or relevant practical experience.• 3 years of professional experience in graphic design with a focus on web and digital.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: specifically, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.• Experience with responsive design and familiarity with HTML and CSS.• Strong understanding of user interface (UI) best practices.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines.• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for typography and layout.Candidates with experience with the below items will be given special consideration:• WordPress: website creation and maintenance• Ceros platform: interactive experiences• After Effects or video software: motion graphics design
