Overview

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. The salary range posted represents the pay range for U.S. candidates. This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement, the Procurement Analyst will focus on the strategic sourcing and management of indirect materials and services related to IT. You will leverage your analytical skills and understanding of the IT landscape to identify cost-saving opportunities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure we procure the best possible value for our IT needs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.2. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.3. Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favorable terms.4. Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and products.5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess procurement needs and specifications.
  • Procurement Operations and Process Improvement1. Manage the procurement process from request to delivery for IT hardware2. Identify and execute process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.3. Ensure compliance with legal and information security requirements.
  • Financial Management and Cost Control1. Analyze procurement spend and identify opportunities for savings.2. Conduct cost-benefit analysis for procurement decisions.3. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • 4. Monitor supplier performance to ensure value for money.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting1. Utilize procurement data to inform decision-making.2. Generate reports on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance.3. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.4. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement.
  • 5. Support cross-functional teams with procurement-related data and analysis.

Qualifications

Education, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on IT or technology products/services (or equivalent experience). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Proficient in Spanish a plus. • Understanding of IT hardware, software, and cloud services is preferred
