SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Project Manager.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct annual performance reviews and development discussions (PDDs), as well as monthly reporting
- Coordinate daily operations, including issues related to sick leaves, vacations, salaries, and other organizational matters
- Plan and facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
- Ensure that all team members understand and adhere to agile practices and principles.
- Revise and maintain the internal ticket lifecycle system
- Prepare and present product or project demos to clients, highlighting key features and benefits
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates
- At least 2 years of experience in managing software development teams
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience in conducting performance reviews and development discussions
- Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication
- English level: Advanced
