- Oversight over Customer Billing, Revenue Recognition and Deferred Revenue
- Responsible for the general ledger and month-end close for Irish Subsidiary
- Timely completion of the monthly financial reports for Irish Subsidiary
- Coordinate and facilitate the external audit process – accumulate requested information, serve as liaison to other departments
- Backup for other finance department procedures
- Other responsibilities and special projects that may be assigned
- Positive “can do” attitude with hands on approach when necessary
- Able to retain professional composure and demeanor under pressure
- Effective speaking and writing skills
- Highly organized; proficient multi-tasker skilled at time and project management
- Natural problem solver with strong listening and analytical skills
- Able to work effectively with peers and management in performing job responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in the inter-working of financial statements and their preparation
- Proficient in use of computer, Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks
- Four year college degree with concentration in accounting
- Prior accounting experience (1 years)
- Understanding of GAAP
