The Supply Chain Data Analyst will provide impactful Supply Chain analytics and reporting solutions that enhance decision-making and increase operational productivity. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ERP capabilities related to Supply Chain, with a focus on data analysis and reporting. This position will report into the Master Data Manager.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver rapid creation and maintenance for routine and non-routine item data set-up in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including material, purchasing information record, units of measure, etc.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data for various reports released to the greater Supply Chain and Operations team.
• Design, develop and implement new dashboards and internal systems for reporting data.
• Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure data accuracy across the business.
• Create new business reports, providing insights into key data points.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis and ERP management.
• Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications experience is strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong Analytical skill set.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to analyze complex sets of data.
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
