Qualifications

•Knowledge of all full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and assessing candidate skills

*Trades Recruiting experience a plus

•Ability to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback

•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity

•Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced environment

*Willingness to attend Job Fairs, Trade Shows, and Trade Schools for prospects within the middle TN marketplace

•Excellent writing, communication, and Microsoft Office skills

•Strong passion for recruitment with exceptional interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

•As a Recruiter, you will work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and execute sourcing strategies to identify and screen viable candidates in accordance with business needs

•Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions at once including drafting and posting job ads, sourcing passive candidates, interviewing and screening potential candidates to ensure they meet employment and position qualifications, scheduling interviews/coordinating appointments and administering new hire paperwork as assigned

•Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates using creative and strategic methods including cold calling, networking, research, job fairs, and community events

•Utilize System to track and process candidates
