Purpose of Job:

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager – CRM will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing automation programs focused on acquiring, retaining and building loyalty with our customers. Primary duties include spearheading the growth of new email subscribers, curating personalized data sets, and assuming accountability for crafting and executing the data strategy while leveraging SFMC or CRM tools. This individual will work with a host of cross-functional partners including Dealer Marketing, E-Comm, Analytics, Creative, Web and Brand to enhance customer experience and loyalty and drive sales growth across the organization. This role also entails overseeing the accuracy, consistency and optimization of Interstate Distributor's Google Business Profile strategy and execution. The goal is to ensure all profiles are easily discoverable by consumers and accurate to for high-quality online reputation.

Job Components:

  • Responsible for maintaining a strategic roadmap for all B2B and B2C email marketing initiatives that highlights yearly goals, KPIs, competitor trends, best practices, learnings, implementation, opportunities and more.
  • Manage all engagement marketing programs across email automation, focused on supporting customer acquisition, onboarding and retention efforts.
  • Deliver email marketing programs from strategic concept to creative development, QA, program launch, and post-program analysis & ROI measurement.
  • Proficient in crafting, designing, and coding responsive branded emails across various email platforms, demonstrating adeptness in both understanding and execution
  • Assist in transforming traditional marketing campaigns into fully automated marketing programs based on insights, segments, actions & data
  • Partner with Dealer Marketing and Sales enablement teams to unlock the full set of Salesforce Marketing/Sales Cloud abilities to drive significant outcome improvements across the company.
  • Strategic thought leadership with strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Report business results, analyses, campaign wrap up reports and makes recommendations for improvements and actions.
  • Seek out and adopt learnings & best practices and innovates with a proven test and learn and mindset.
  • Drive insights to improve targeting, segmentation, and end-to-end user experience to retain and convert customers.
  • Able to deliver multiple projects with excellence under time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience that delivers on the program objectives.
  • Implementing new technology and/or enhancements to fit business requirements and on time
  • Capable of assuming additional duties beyond the scope of the typical job role
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors or agencies, if necessary, to enhance email and local listing management efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or strong relevant experience. MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience managing CRM programs.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar automation platforms (SAP, Marketo, etc.).

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Lead alongside other team members providing strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • HTML and CSS coding knowledge required.
  • SQL /AMP Scripting experience a plus.
  • Experience with integrating with various backend systems majorly SAP ERP.
  • Experience with systems integrations with CRM.
  • Experience with CRM activities, campaign list pulls or customer journey technology management.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and building programs that drive incremental results.
  • Deep experience journey mapping and developing lifecycle marketing / CRM / engagement marketing programs through email and CRM.
  • Skilled in efficiently and accurately implementing email template designs while proactively suggesting optimizations
  • Exposure working with different CRM tools (Braze, Iterable, SFMC, etc.).
  • Mastery with the technical and product side of marketing (IP reputation/deliverability Suppression lists, audience segmentation, etc.).
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of different regulations that impact CRM efforts (CANSPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
  • Track record in developing and executing A/B tests, analyzing and translating data into business and consumer insights.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear and intuitive language.
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20 lbs.
