This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing inventory management to optimize the supply chain and support business objectives.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of Quality Management or Engineering. Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to various worksites may also be required, depending on the assignment.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel requirements for this position will vary according to the location of the fabrication efforts. Travel is expected to be 20%.
