Your Role

• Draw, layout and install duct work.
• Run gas piping and electrical.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried van.
• Develop a proven track record in heating and cooling systems including the ability to draw simple diagrams, and read blueprints and other diagrams.
