Position Overview: Associate to assist with customer service needs and distribution logistics scheduling.

Distribution Logistics:

1. Plan and execute truck routes, including scheduling of drivers

2. Oversee truck & van maintenance (oil changes, general maintenance, routine maintenance and cleanliness)

3. Schedule and execute special orders and deliveries

4. Plan and execute warehouse picking/loading, including scheduling of warehouse associates

5. Oversee warehouse organization and functionality

6. Lead daily cycle counting

7. Coordinate Installs and Special Projects with Warehouse/Logistics Team (including dispenser repairs and service) by prioritizing the needs

8. Responsible for exterior Facility Maintenance (security, grounds, parking lot, fence, roof and all other exterior aspects of the facility)

9. Responsible for interior Facility Maintenance (warehouse organization, cleanliness, office cleanliness (oversight of IFS cleanings), security, and general upkeep)

Customer Service Needs: Contact for customers, field sales and support staff through order entry, online and telephone support.

· Receive orders by phone, fax, or e-mail

· Walk-In Customers

· Take payments from customers

· Take payments over the phone/help customers with basic invoice needs

· Communicate with customers in regards to backorders/shipping delays

· Respond to calls from customers related to shipment tracking

· Resolve issues with customers concerning order status, credit and shipping problems

Qualifications

· 3-5 year(s) related recent experience in a fast paced customer service/logictics environment

· College Degree in related field

· Proficient and accurate with word processing (Word) and spreadsheets (Excel)

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts manuals and procedure manuals

· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization

· Must currently reside within 30 minutes of our business

· Strong computer skills and mobile device experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
