Position Summary:
The Company is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is specifically designed to support our current Marketing and Sales department in creating engaging content and driving traffic to our new website. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a collaborative spirit, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the creation and management of content across various platforms using Adobe Creative Suite. Assess data analytics derived from sales reports and campaigns to improve the accuracy of our campaign messaging. Introduce a regular social media presence relaying our abilities to a new potential customer base.
- Gather and analyze data on campaign performance and effectiveness, often through email campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand our target audience and improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the management to brainstorm and implement new marketing initiatives.
- Assist with the set-up, facilitation, and completion of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with website updates and ensure content is current and optimized for SEO.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Chat GBT prompts and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Google Analytics certification is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
