Intervention, Inc., a Colorado non-profit, provides services within the criminal justice system across the state of Colorado including sobriety monitoring (UAs/BAs), electronic monitoring, probation supervision and community corrections.

General clerical and support to program operations. Process client information and intakes of the program, prepare monthly billing and assist with administrative HR functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support, promote and adhere to the mission, values and Code of Conduct of Intervention Inc.
• Reflect Intervention Inc.s’ commitment to treating all persons with dignity and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Carry out all duties/responsibilities in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures, applicable laws and contractual obligations.
• Schedule new resident intakes with the Department of Corrections and County Jail.
• Manage and update client information in the Etrac and CCIB databases
• Enter client sentencing information from mitts in Etrac
• Upload Mitts in Etrac, open timeline and flag VRA, if applicable
• Create residential client files for main office
• Create and issue client IDs
• Coordinate information and prepare monthly statistical reports and billing for the program
• Prepare monthly client child support and employment reports for DCJ
• Maintain and order forms and supplies for program as needed
• Complete basic HR assistance: Staff background checks, schedule fingerprint appointments, maintain personnel files, etc
• Notary functions, as needed
• Create and issue staff ID cards
• Attend and take notes for weekly staff meeting
• Close out and audit client files and maintain the terminated client filing system.
• Assist and provide administrative support coverage, as needed
• Assist management staff, as needed
• Drive personal car to other sites or locations as required, including in adverse weather
• Attend required trainings and meetings, and apply skills and knowledge.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Good steward of Company human, financial and capital resources. 
• Participate effectively as a team member through communication, cooperation, information sharing and problem solving.
• Any other tasks or duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

• Associates or two years college, preferred
• Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

SKILLS

• Ability to enter data, generate reports and create communications from variety of software programs and databases including Microsoft Office suite 
• Ability to operate multi-line telephone system 
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing 
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations 
• Knowledge of the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and appropriate techniques and practices for the client population.
• Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Company staff, stakeholders, and with diverse client base. 
• Must pass background check and have ability to access to state criminal databases 
• Valid drivers license preferred
