Intl Assoc Of Privacy Professionals is Hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator Near Portsmouth, NH
Job Summary
The Sales Operations group, operating under the overall direction of the Director of Sales and the specific supervision of the Sales Operations Manager, supports the IAPP Direct Sales team through both pre- and post-sales activities, including but not limited to lead qualification and triage, contact information collection, sales trend analysis, contract preparation and review, inventory control, and deadline management. This coordinator role specializes in post sales and fulfillment facilitation, but is cross-trained to provide for functional coverage during leaves or other absences. In performing tasks, the coordinators will also interact closely with appropriate members of other teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service excellence and consistency
- Proficiency in technologies and programs necessary to complete tasks
- Review contract requirements, special provisions and terms with sales representatives; clarify all facets of the agreement to ensure effective, timely fulfillment by Customer Service
- Review executed contracts and closed opportunities to ensure clarity, accuracy and thoroughness in order to facilitate seamless fulfillment by Customer Service
- Coordinate with appropriate staff from training, certification, events, editorial, membership, programming, engagement and research & insights to maintain inventories and support sales
Cross-trained Duties and Responsibilities
- Triage leads through lead collection, qualification and distribution to sales representatives
- Manage event and advertising inventories and maintain accurate records to support sales efforts
- Report and work with internal resources to resolve customer issues/challenges

Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
