Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service and administrative support via the Welcome Desk and Virtual Help Desk.
• Assist with student engagement events, ensuring they are fun, energetic, and successful for all participants.
• Support new international students during arrivals and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition to OSU life.

Experience & Competencies:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a flexible and outgoing attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as a productive member of a team.
• Strong commitment to promoting diversity and enhancing student experiences.

Desirable:

• Experience in student leadership or programming.
• Conversational language skills in Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, or Spanish.
