Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

End to end project delivery and execution of cybersecurityprojects / critical work efforts. Understand the problem statementand clearly frame up the solution in partnership with Cyber SMEs.

Align issues and remediation plans accordingly. Create projectcharter build out a comprehensive project plan and drive theoverall solution.

Provide status updates with gotogreen plans whenneeded and executive level reporting. Proactively identifyrisks / issues and document remediation plans.

Ensure adherence toPMLC and required governance routines.

RequiredQualifications

1. Project ManagementSkills :

Proficiency in project managementmethodologies (e.g. Waterfall Agile Scrum) with the ability toapply them effectively in cybersecurity initiatives.

2. Analytical and Organizational Skills :

Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifyingarticulating and managing project dependencies and risks.

Excellent organizational skills capable of managingmultiple projects and priorities effectively.

3.Communication and Leadership Skills :

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearlyarticulate project goals dependencies and risks to both technicalteams and senior management.

Proven leadershipability to drive action hold teams accountable and fostercollaboration across various teams.

4. ChangeManagement and Influence :

Experience withchange management and the ability to lead organizationaltransitions.

Strong confidence andassertiveness to partner with drive action and ensureaccountability across various teams.

5.Technical Skills :

Knowledge of cybersecuritytechnologies and solutions specifically areas of expertise shouldinclude one or more of the following data protection data lossprevention IAM CIAM vulnerability management patch management cyberdefense threat intel encryption MFA authentication / authorizationapplication onboarding etc.

Experience withrisk assessment tools and methodologies.

DesiredQualifications

1. Cyber / InformationSecurity Expertise :

Broad understanding ofinformation and / or cyber security and associated frameworks (e.g.NIST ISO / IEC 27001).

Familiarity withcybersecurity threats defense mechanisms and regulatoryrequirements specific to the banking industry.

2. Degrees or Certifications :

Bachelors degree or advanced degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology Cybersecurity Information Security or a relatedfield.

Industry certifications such as CISSPCISM or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) certification orequivalent.

3. Strategic and InnovativeThinking :

Innovative mindset to encouragethe adoption of new security technologies and practices.

4. Risk Management Skills :

Proficientin identifying analyzing and mitigating project risks and clearlycommunicating these to stakeholders.

5. ProjectManagement Experience :

Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in project management within cybersecurity or ITpreferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver largescalecybersecurity projects on time and withinbudget.
