About the role

The ideal candidate will be comfortable answering phone calls to address inquiries from patients, vendors, and various medical institutions. In this position customer service is a high priority and a must.

What you'll do

  • The position requires handling 100 to 250 incoming calls daily.
  • Scheduling patient appointments as needed through telephone calls or podium.
  • Delivering clear and accurate messages to other departments.
  • Responding to patients' inquiries and requests by editing, canceling, and rescheduling appointments following clinic protocols.
  • Regularly reviewing providers' schedules to maximize capacity and ensure accurate scheduling.
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship and effective communication with other departments within the organization.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
