We are looking for an Agile Systems Engineering (SE) Product Owner to join our team to support the IFMC Project Office. The Agile SE Product Owner will lead a group of systems engineers supporting Agile SW development on a Gov/Contractor Team.
Your Day-to-day Work Will Include

• Prioritizing the SE team backlog to streamline the execution of Program SE priorities.
• Maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of Program SE's features.
• Developing Program Engineering Documents (PEDs) to direct the software development teams on the implementation of new software capabilities.
• Providing your skills and expertise to relevant proposal efforts such as contract re-competes and new contract bids as needed.

At a Minimum You Should Have

• Must be a US Citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office toolset
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interpersonal skills, to effectively interface with various levels of workers/leaders
• Ability to take initiative and be a team player

You Will Be Highly Desirable If You Have

• System engineering experience in support of DoD programs is preferred, especially in an Army Air and Missile Defense program
• Prior Product Owner experience on a SCRUM team is a plus
• A background in requirements decomposition, MBSE, Modular Open Systems Architectures, and Use case development.

Estimated Salary Range

• Intermediate: $125,000 to $140,000
• Senior: $145,000 to $180,000
