Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management/ Program Manager : Involve in multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• NPI Leadership: New Product Introduction process from concept to market launch, coordinating with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Keynote Presentations: Develop and deliver high-impact Keynote presentations to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in program management.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Expertise in creating and delivering Keynote presentations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
