Job Summary: Responsible for developing and providing consultation for reports requested by all areas of the company. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to determine reporting requirements.Implements process changes to improve efficiency and increase automation in other areas.Learns new software, systems, and workflow processes, as necessary.Runs and prepares recurring reports that require analysis of information and/or manual intervention before distributing to end users.Updates procedures and documentation as it relates to putting reports into production or preparing recurring reports. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank.Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships.Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's character qualities.
Essential Functions:
•All expectations described in the job description's essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
•Works with internal customers to understand business information needs and reporting requirements.Must be resourceful in figuring out how to meet customer needs and have good communication skills to gain an understanding of a request and to communicate results.
•Provides accurate, timely information to all levels of management of the company with a high level of accountability.
•Has the ability to learn new systems and processes, often on his/her own, to gain understanding of requests being made.
•Improves processes in other departments by finding ways to automate their work and reduce manual intervention.
•Uses judgment and knowledge to identify and question inaccurate information.Ensures that information disseminated to the team and end users is accurate and recognizes, researches, resolves, and corrects inaccurate information in a short time frame.
•Utilizes multiple systems, make decisions on projects that have a wide impact, and follows up with appropriate personnel.
•Works independently and within a team effectively using the most efficient process and tools.
•Works with all levels of management and employee base, and systems, as well as internal and external auditors, regulators, and third-party software vendors.
•Must be results-driven with the ability to take initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
•Performs a variety of tasks and must be organized with the ability to multi-task.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting, Data Analytics, Finance or Management Information Systems required.Related work experience with knowledge of query tools is a plus.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Must have good researching and analytical skills, along with advanced computer skills.Experience in some or all of the following areas:Tableau, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), Monarch, Business Objects, SQL, and Bank accounting methods.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Working Conditions: Normal office conditions.
