About the job:
Title – Cyber Security Program Manager w/ Project Management
Start date: Immediate
Position Type: Contract
Location: Edgewater Park, NJ (Requirement to be onsite for 2 days (Wed and Thursday) every other week).
Key Responsibilities:
Program Oversight:
- Develop and maintain the program roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define program goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Monitor program performance and report on progress to Portfolio Manager and Leadership.
Project Management
- Lead and manage individual projects within the program, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide project teams, providing support and direction to ensure successful project execution.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and escalate to minimize impact on program and project objectives.
- Proactively address issues that may arise during project execution.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and present regular program and project status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all program and project activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Program and Project Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cyber Security Program and Project Management
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools- Smartsheet and ServiceNow.
