We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) that will lead the creation of business strategies to design, develop, produce, test, deploy, and sustain Department of Defense (DoD) Electronic Warfare (EW) assessment capabilities. The support provided will include, but is not limited to, the development of the EW assessment capabilities, deployment of teams with the required personnel, software, and hardware to the mission areas and large force exercise events. As the PM you will support continuous planning with the mission owner at Robins Air Force Base, GA and will manage contractor personnel to deliver the assessment reports and recommendations. You will be responsible for building the contractor team and for the quality and efficiency of the work performed, including both technical aspects and business processes.
Required

• BS or BA degree
• 10 years relevant DoD experience
• Working knowledge of the Electronic Warfare discipline
• Some travel
• Must have an in-scope Secret security clearance

Desired

• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Expertise in military operations, aviation, or avionics
• Technical leadership or team supervision
