Invest Property Management is Hiring a Regional Property Manager Near Paul, MN

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced leader to join our team! We are a small company and this is likely not what you would consider as a standard regional manager / operations manager. We manage both owned and fee managed buildings in the Twin Cities, Menomonie, Wausau and Rush City Minnesota. The job will be a combination of in-office, virtual, and on-site. You will manage all depertments including apartments, single family, commercial and maintenance.
Even though we are small (twelve), we have been around for over a decade and continue to grow. We are looking for someone to join the team to take over most of the day to day from the current CEO so they can focus on acquisition, vision and growth. More than anything we need someone who has the ability to lead, is a team player and has passion for the industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage property managers and maintenance coordinators
  • Investigate and resolve resident complaints
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Supervise and train property staff
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Licensed for Real Estate in Minnesota or Wisconsin and willingness to be licensed in both
Company DescriptionInvestment isn't just about the property. We believe an investment in property is also an investment in people. You will see that in how we treat you, the residents, and ourselves.
Do we know how to manage investment properties? Of course we do! We have years of experience that started with three brothers that grew a small portfolio of troubled duplexes into hundreds of units of apartment buildings and commercial offices.
What we learned along the way is that it isn't just about cap rates and expense ratios; it is about people. Residents spend up to 50% of their income on where they live and Owners count on that income for the investment to have success.
At Invest Property Management we take both sides seriously. It is only by making sure everyone has the same goals, the same rules, and the same desired outcome that a true investment will function.
