Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and contribute to our strategic growth. No real estate experience is necessary; we value your management expertise and ability to drive efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Contractor and Vendor Coordination: Select, manage, and negotiate with contractors and third-party vendors for property renovations and maintenance.
• Marketing and Networking: Network with real estate agents, brokers, wholesalers, and other industry professionals to build relationships and source deals.
• Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare underwriting reports.
• Property Oversight: Organize and coordinate property walkthroughs and inspections.
• Investment Strategies: Develop detailed packages with multiple disposition strategies.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators and proactively address any challenges

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with management software and other relevant technology tools.
