Parkway Plaza (316 Units) is a beautiful affordable apartment community in Carson City, NV and we want YOU to be our Assistant Community Manager!
To Thrive In This RoleHave experience with Property Management
Affordable background with tax credit or project based section 8
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Make prompt decisions under pressure
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
Have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations governing multi-family housing operations
Bonus SkillsYardi or OneSite experience
Bilingual is a PLUS
