To thrive in this role:Have experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Must Live On-Site
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
Must physically read meters at each space
Bonus SkillsManage America experience
