SUMMARY 

This position oversees all aspects of property maintenance, turnover, and repairs. You will oversee several teams to ensure the company is operating efficiently and professionally. You will develop maintenance strategies to improve service and increase revenue.

• Must be able to lead a team to work together in one purpose and goal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at a time.

• Proficiency in management software and accessory software.
• Must be able to think critically and make important decisions that align with the company views and standards. 

COMPENSATION 

• Salary: $65,000-$85,000 (depending on experience)
• Benefits include-PTO, sick leave 

After 1 year-Medical insurance, 401K 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage and provide leadership to the Affinity Property Solutions team 
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and performance analysis 
• Business strategy and development 
• Oversee & work with property maintenance team 
• Oversee & work with remodeling teams for unit turnover and tenant improvements 
• Collaborate and work with accounting team and executives 
• Vendor and contractor management 
• Emergency response and risk management 
• Technology and innovation integration 
• Work closely with board of directors and upper management 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• MBA or master's degree in related field 
• Minimum of 5 years business leadership experience 
• Excellent leadership qualities with a proven track record of staff development and mentorship 
• Comfortable in a leadership role to manage a team 
• Strong financial analytical abilities 
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
• Solution-oriented and a growth mindset
