United Title Agency, an Investors Title Managed Agency, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers of UTA. The Administrative Assistant will greet visitors, monitor general email inquiries, work with order entry, search orders, and more. Real estate or closing experience is a plus but not required!

Position Highlights

• Enter orders into production system and scan in accompanying documentation.
• Process requests for changes and corrections to policies.
• Monitor all external search orders.
• Assist with Final Policy Production as needed.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
  
  

Position Qualifications

• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer service background
• Good computer and organizational skills
• Prior real estate background a plus
