Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Member to join our team. This role will focus on creating and implementing a strategy to identify and secure contracts with law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and organizations supporting large populations of veterans. The ideal candidate will have a background in the military and/or first responder field, combined with sales experience. This individual will be responsible for selling INVI solutions to these agencies, ensuring a minimum one-year subscription. Additionally, the candidate will develop a plan to expand into other organizations such as sports teams to support athletes with mental resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and veteran support organizations.
  • Develop a detailed plan to identify potential clients, secure contracts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and meetings to showcase the benefits of the INVI app.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring a minimum one-year commitment from clients.
  • Market Expansion:
  • Develop and implement a plan to scale sales efforts into athletic organizations where athletes face mental well-being challenges.
  • Identify key contacts within athletic organizations and initiate outreach efforts.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular updates on sales activities and results.
  • Use CRM tools to document interactions, track leads, and manage client relationships.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Analyze sales data to measure performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, results, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the mental health or technology sector.
  • Military and/or first responder experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for mental health and wellness.
