Job Title: Selling Sales Manager, Staffing

As a dynamic and growth-focused organization, we are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Selling Sales Manager to join our team.
Job Overview: The Selling Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by breaking into new accounts, securing new Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and leading a high-performing sales team. This individual will have a proven track record of developing recruiters into sales professionals, a deep understanding of the statement of work business, and proficiency in CRM systems, with specific experience in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development:
   
   • Identify and target new business opportunities within the Irvine, California region and beyond.
   • Develop and execute strategic plans to break into new accounts and expand our client portfolio.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and presentations.
2. Master Service Agreements (MSAs):
   
   • Drive the negotiation and execution of MSAs with key clients.
   • Ensure that contractual agreements are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
   • Foster long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Team Leadership:
   
   • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, guiding them through the transition into sales roles.
   • Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
   • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
4. Statement of Work Business:
   
   • Utilize a deep understanding of the statement of work business to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
   • Work closely with clients to craft comprehensive and effective staffing solutions.
5. CRM Experience:
   
   • Leverage CRM systems to manage and track sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
   • Provide training and support to the sales team on effective CRM usage.
6. Salesforce Expertise:
   
   • Utilize Salesforce to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
   • Work with the IT department to implement enhancements and customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in selling staffing solutions and breaking into new accounts.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing Master Service Agreements.
• Previous experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of the statement of work business model.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with specific expertise in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
