Job Summary :

The Golf Course Maintenance department works on the diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance and construction.

They are responsible for semi-skilled ground construction and maintenance work and perform related tasks as required.

Day-to-Day : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• Processes financial documents such as invoices and tracks as necessary.
• Assists in the preparation of reports and meetings.
• Maintains budget and notifies management of issues that are outside budgetary guidelines and prepares weekly reports.
• Orders some supplies and equipment for the department and tracks status as necessary.
• Performs a variety of secretarial duties such as answering telephones, scheduling appointments, typing, photocopying, filing, record keeping etc.
• Initiate purchase orders from authorized purchasers; responsible for tracking and purchase order reconciliation.
• Works under the direction of the Director of Agronomy to form a cohesive tracking, ordering, filing, reconciling in and between the 5 golf courses.

About You :

• 1 year experience in Clerical work
• Able to understand and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
• Flexible schedule available full or part time
• Bilingual (English - Spanish) communication ability preferred but not necessary
• Local candidates only as this position does not offer relocation.
• High school diploma and equivalent.

Pay range : $15-$20 per hour based upon experience
