Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential leads through various channels to generate interest in our products or services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and timeline for purchase.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings or product demonstrations with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the CRM system with relevant information.
  • Work closely with marketing to align on messaging and campaigns to attract potential leads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related role
  • Proficiency in CRM software for lead management and tracking
  • Experience using data analysis tools to identify potential leads and market trends
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales automation platforms
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and build relationships
  • Negotiation skills to navigate pricing discussions and contract terms
  • Effective time management to prioritize leads and meet outreach targets
  • Problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and objections
  • Customer relationship management expertise to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Alignment with a customer-centric culture and a commitment to accountability
