Responsibilities:

The IAM Technical Project Lead serves as a project team leader and technical subject matter expert. They provide mentorship to all levels of analysts and can step in for the Identity & Access Management Manager.

• Oversees projects and functional segments within the team (e.g., daily tasks, budgeting, and forecasting)
• Acts as a subject matter expert in the technical discipline
• Directly manages Identity & Access Management Analysts, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and driving standard practices

The Ideal Candidate:

Education:

Preferred: Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related fields

Licenses/Certifications:

Preferred: CISM, CISA, CISSP, ITIL certification

Related Experience:

Required: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience performing the duties and responsibilities of this position; a Bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of up to 3 years of experience listed above.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA):

• Required: Expertise in Windows operating system and user account management
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
• Working knowledge of the processes that ensure compliance with NERC, CIP, SOX, NIST, and PCI
• Knowledge of identity governance tools; knowledge of Privilege Management and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) tools
• Knowledge and support of Azure AD groups; knowledge of Role-based access controls (RBAC)
• Previous experience with CyberArk and Sailpoint
