Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture:

• Design end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements.
• Develop technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.

Platform Customization and Configuration:

• Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business needs and workflows.
• Develop components such as workflows, forms, UI policies, and integrations.

Integration and Automation:

• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Design and implement automated workflows to streamline service delivery.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Performance Optimization and Scalability:

• Identify opportunities to optimize performance and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation details.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training workshops for end-users and team members.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, Integration Hub.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes, ITIL framework, and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web technologies used in ServiceNow development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
