Description & Goals

Individual will be responsible for identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of the business operations of IONNA. Part of the role will be to understand revenue levers at a site-level, analyzing key financial metrics such as ROI to help site investment committee make acquisition decisions. The role will also analyze systems required for the business to seamlessly transition between its operations – site leads to due diligence to acquisitions to design/build/commissioning and integrating systems to create seamless tracking.

Role Attributes

• Equip site acquisition team with market-driven decisions based on network planning map and expected portfolio ROI.
• Equip Site Investment Committee with all data necessary to make site investment decisions.
• Combine operational (design, deployment, construction) and financial strategies.
• Identify systems and vendors to be integrated for day-to-day business operations and monitoring.
• Utilize financial analysis elements including forecasting, modeling, and assessments that lead to broader strategic solutions and understandings.
• Compile and analyze charging station operations data, including defining and tracking KPIs, to understand health of individual sites and the overall business.
• Continuously improve processes to drive efficiencies.
• Project manage buildout to ensure key milestones are met.
• Be a key contributor to network-wide O&M plan execution as well as understanding and communicate charging issues.

Education/Experience Expectations

• BA/BS degree required. Master’s a plus
• 3 years experience in a similar or related field
• Startup experience a plus
