Position Title: Charge Nurse
Pay Range (LPN-$34/hr RN-$38/hr)
Coverage Needed:
RN or LPN
Sat-Sun-6pm-6am (Work 24 hours/Paid for 36hrs) - Full-time
Newly increased wages (Plus negotiable based on experience)

Purpose of this position
The purpose of this position is to supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures and to assess residents’ care needs and take appropriate action.
Qualifications (to be completed by the facility) Registered Nurse License, state of Iowa
Delegation of authority
Authority is delegated to the individual in this position to:
Take appropriate action to assure adequate staffing to provide resident care.
Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.
Implement facility procedures to provide resident care.
This position reports to: Director of Nursing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
