The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have a strong understanding of subscription-based businesses, and possess sales development skills. Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead-generation methods.
Support sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts
Understand the ideal Customer profile and use social media, email and phone, and other outreach methods to develop the sales pipeline
Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives
First point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
Prolific with your notes, tracking, and communication with internal teams and customers
Requirements:
Communication skills, both written and oral, and social media presence
Working knowledge of enterprise software or the ability to learn new software quickly
Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outreach every day
Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
Excited about learning and improvement and aligning with the mission of helping customers
Strong understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects
Knowledge of Cloud (Azure, Office 365) and CSP is required
